Consulting Engineers for Reforms in Construction Sector
The engineering consulting fraternity in Uganda has variously discussed
and published its concerns in numerous areas in the practice.
Construction, with its current goings-on has not been an exception.
This article seeks to highlight some of the important procedures
and responsible parties for their application and enforcement.
Against that background, works of the past are deemed reviewable
based on such criteria as estimate investments and complexity.
That aside, a strategy is proposed for future activities.
