Phantom Solutions Ltd (PSL) is a largely engineering firm, with expertise in mechanical and industrial engineering services in the country and also provides services in management science / operations research to businesses in general.
Phantom Solutions Ltd (PSL), has been appointed as ARMCO Superlite Agent for Rwanda, Southern Sudan and Uganda, with effect from March 2010.
While there are general applications for construction, the main focus is in road construction, the main targets being road infrastructure authorities, design consultants, and in particular, contractors who make the purchase, given our normal contracting out practices for the sector. It all starts with a design specification, followed by purchase of materials for construction.
Armco Superlite of South Africa manufactures to international standards, well-established from way back in the 1930s, and exporting most of its products globally. They are well-known worldwide. Armco Superlite does not only produce to international standards, but has both a manufacturing cost and shipping cost advantages for being closer to our region than others manufacturing the same products. Its against that background that we are in an ideal position to meet their needs competitively.
We will provide guidelines for design and construction, and above all, leave local manufacturers of concrete products with a big share of the smaller size activities. For larger situations, we are ideal with guaranteed safety and quality design, cost effectively.
